A day at whitby!

On the third day lower three went to Whitby Abbey and went shopping in the Town Square. Although it was cold and windy, everybody enjoyed it! We had exellent guides and we learnt a lot from them. We went to the museum, saw all the discovered artifacts that have been found on the site, they were really interesting! We sketched Whitby Abbey and jotted ideas for poems that we are going to write down.
In between the Abbey and the shopping we did a survey and a Whitby Treasure hunt.
For the survey we asked members of the public some questions nobody who we questioned was from Whitby!
With the treasure hunt we stayed in our groups and we were given questions to answer, after the questions there were directions on where to go. We had a fantastic time in all activities!
