Today we went to Whitby. It was fun!
First of all, we went to visit Whitby Abbey, and did sketches and wrote poems about the abbey. Then, after a quick snack, we had a tour of the abbey and learnt more about the history of it. The abbey is a thousand years old!
After a tasty lunch , we went into Whitby to do a survey. We found out that a lot of holiday makers come to Whitby to have their holidays. We really enjoyed doing it!
Next, we did a treasure trail. It was tiring but worth it!
As a reward from all that walking, we got to go shopping. Woo hoo!
Overall we had a great day!
